Privacy & optional analytics

Optional analytics are off until you choose Allow in the footer. Declining does not limit any portfolio features.

What is counted

Page views, photograph opens, broad referral categories (such as Instagram or Google), device category, and country where the hosting service supplies it. These are separate daily totals, not individual visit histories. Days use Stockholm time. Repeat views are not unique visitors.

What is not collected by these analytics

No names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, precise location, fingerprints, visitor IDs, full referral URLs, or raw browser user-agent strings are stored in the analytics database. We do not link visits across browsers or devices.

Your choice

Your Allow/No thanks preference is stored on this device, without an identifier. You can turn analytics off in the footer at any time. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Previously recorded anonymous totals cannot be linked back to you.

Retention & reports

Daily aggregates are retained for 90 days; older rows are removed when new activity is recorded. The site owner can view summaries and receive them by email. Hosting providers may separately process network information to deliver and protect the website.

The site also stores your theme and favourites on your device. Contacting the photographer by email voluntarily shares the information you include.
